1. How do I know your product will benefit me?
If it takes 45 seconds or more for your water to get hot, this system will
save you water, time and money.
2. I have a tankless water heater. Will this
product work for me?
Yes, we have systems that are effective with both tankless and
traditional tank-style water heaters.
3. Will this take up space under any of my sinks?
No, this is very small and installed on or near the water heater and
quickly brings hot water to all of your sinks and showers.
4. Is there a warranty on this product?
Products manufactured by Faster Hot Water are warranted to be
free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 36
months from date of purchase.
5. Do I need an electric outlet installed for the
WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless hot water
circulation pump?
No new electrical outlet is needed in a typical installation. Since
WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless is
installed on or near the water heater there is almost always an
available outlet nearby.
6. How much water will I save using your product?
For a typical family of 4 you will save more than 12,000 gallons of
water. That's enough to fill more than 42,000 one-liter bottles of
water.
7. How much will the
WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless
hot water pump increase my electric bill?
Less than $4 per year depending on the cost of electricity in your
area.
8. How long does it take to install the
WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless?
A typical installation can be completed in less than 2 hours. If
access in the area where the system will be installed is limited
additional time may be required.
9. How is the circulating pump activated?
The pump is activated by turning on any hot water faucet in the
house or starting an appliance such as a dishwasher or washing
machine that needs hot water.
10. How long will I have to wait for hot water
with the WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless?
The wait for hot water can be affected by several factors such as
distance, pipe size, number of joints in the pipes, etc. Homes with
WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless
typically get hot water in 30 seconds to 45 seconds.
