I received the flow sensor and installed it and the system is working great.

The system is great and the pump starts and brings hot water to the faucets after momentarily turning on the hot water as advertised.

I have tried Grundfos and recently installed a Laing thermostatically controlled pump. Neither have come close to their advertising. Your system is everything you say and more!

Nice product.

I'm a solar contractor with the ability to sell a lot of these. To me it's genius in its simplicity without having to run return lines or motion sensors.

Unit was installed successfully. I had to get a "Union" coupling to connect the pump on the line. I did have enough room to rotate the pump without hitting the venting system on the hot water heater. And then I had the inevitable small leak, but a 1/4" twist on the union joint sealed the whole assembly. So far, the unit is working as advertised.

Thanks very much for your help and tips on the Hartford Loop and draining the air from every hot water outlet. I had to cut out a hole in the ceiling to make the loop (fortunately there was no stud in the way). I just completed insulating the whole line and will patch the hole in the ceiling. The installation looks very "professional" if I do say so myself.

System working great, just as expected. I replaced a Chili Pepper.

Much happier with your product. Ingenious that no switch required to activate pump. Can activate from any location in house.
